My Offerings

An In-Person Session will take place at my home studio in the beautiful and tranquil McDonald Forest. Before we get started, I will give you an intake form and together we will assess what to work on as far as body pain and energy blocks. I will have you lay under a cozy blanket, face up, fully clothed on a massage table. The only thing you will need to do is to just let your mind and body relax. The session will begin with an evaluation of your chakras. After the assessment, crystals will be placed on your body and the chakra balancing will begin.    

I will occasionally touch you to lay crystals on you, but most of the time my hands will be above your body and my hands will act as a conduit to move energy. And, both Reiki and Crystal energy techniques will be used for this. Carefully selected crystals will be used to enhance the energy healing. You may feel coolness, tingling, heat or other sensations when my hands are above your body, or you may feel nothing at all.  Everyone’s experience is different. And all you have to do is lay there, relax, and let your body receive all the amazing healing energies.

With a Distance Healing Session, you get the same outcome as an in-person session but have the pleasure of being in the comfort of your own home. The reiki and crystal healing energies will be sent via Distance Reiki. There is no delay, and you will receive the energy healing instantaneously. I will show you the setup via text or facetime before we begin so that you can clearly see what I am working with.
